I’m Tim,

An ex-team Great Britain and Ghana Sprinter with over 20 years’ experience competing at the highest level in my sport.

I’ve competed at the Commonwealth games, World Championships indoors and out and the European Championships.

Winning the British Senior indoors double in 2006, U23 double champion in 2004, World student games finalist, European Indoor finalist, African games and African Champions Silver medal.

Since retiring from the sport I have become a fully qualified Personal Trainer and I continue to broaden my knowledge while working with Leeds Carniege Rugby Union, Halifax Town FC, Welsh and England youth Lacrosse Netball teams and Old Rugby league where I was the head strength and conditioning coach.

As an experienced athlete I have first-hand knowledge of improving fitness levels, changing body shape and improving strength and conditioning with my elite approach and training methods.

I know want to encourage sport and fitness amongst young people and professional athletes. I now also delivers motivational talks and bespoke training courses for a range of individuals, academies and teams.

Our Facilities

Flexible Training Options

We understand that life can be busy, so we offer flexible training hours to fit your schedule. Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday from 5am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 1pm. If you need to train outside these hours, simply get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
